CaseIntel ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted workplace case analysis. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information - the name and email address supplied by your Google or Apple sign-in.
• Case information - the narrative you write, interview answers, and any documents you upload.
• Payment information - handled by our payment processor. We store only the payment status and amount, never your card details.
• Technical information - basic logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To run the interview and produce your case analysis and report.
• To keep your case available to you across sessions and devices.
• To process payments, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To improve reliability and quality of the service.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your case content for advertising.

AI processing

Case text and extracted document text are sent to our AI provider strictly to generate your analysis. Processing is performed server-side. No output is a guarantee of any legal outcome.

Storage and security

Documents are held in private storage. Access is restricted so that only you, and administrators acting on a support request, can reach your case data. Access rules are enforced at the database level.

Retention

We keep case data for as long as your account is active. You may ask us to delete a case or your account at any time using the contact page.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

International transfers

CaseIntel is available globally. Data may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards.
