The service

CaseIntel is an AI-assisted research and analysis tool for workplace and employment situations. It produces a structured case record, an interview, and an analytical report.

CaseIntel is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. No lawyer-client relationship is created.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and genuine documents.
• Do not upload material you have no right to share.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud, fabricate evidence, or mislead a court, tribunal or employer.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or resell the service.

Payments

Pricing is shown before purchase and is set by us. Payment unlocks the deliverable described at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it in order to deliver the service. The platform, prompts and software remain ours.

Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Long-running analysis may take an extended period to complete.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected analysis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including outcomes of any dispute, claim or negotiation.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

The governing law and forum are those stated in our published contracting details. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
